Applicants must be graduating seniors from one of these 3 sponsored High Schools; Frontier HS, Sierra Vista HS, or Vail HS. Each of the above schools are guaranteed to be awarded at least 1 scholarship per school; provided it has at least one applicant.

Those selected will be notified by email with RSVP instructions to attend a required presentation ceremony on May 7, 2026, 6:45 PM in Whittier, California. This includes a dinner, limited to a total of three persons (you and up to 2 guests, plus the option to invite your favorite teacher/councilor too.
